Self-taughtThe short versionWhat this is
Two Founder's Offices, three companies, fourteen projects. Enterprise implementations, performance systems, process design, documentation, and — for the last year — software I've built myself using AI, with no technical background. This site holds the detail a résumé can't.
FeaturesSystems · Selected work
Fourteen projects across Priyagold, Surya Global Flexifilms, Skootr Global and a side project. Each one written as the problem it solved, what I actually did, and what changed as a result.
A general-trade field force running on paper and phone calls, and distributor records scattered across regional spreadsheets in as many formats as there were regions.
Business lead for the implementation end to end — requirements, solution design, UAT, change requests and go-live. Separately owned the master-data migration: wrote the data standard the programme now runs on, built an AI-assisted validation pipeline to test every state file against it, and ran the correction cycle with regional teams until the files cleared.
ImpactLive across 13 states at 95%+ data readiness on upload, followed by post-go-live adoption, residual migration and change management.
An ageing distributor management system that the network had outgrown.
Led the replacement from a blank page: ran discovery across sales, supply chain and finance, drove the business requirements through to sign-off, and designed both the approval workflow and the shared distributor identity that lets the new DMS and the SFA platform operate as one system rather than two.
ImpactTaken from discovery to an approved, build-ready design with every pre-development dependency closed.
B2B orders arriving through uncoordinated channels, and no single view of the business for leadership.
Business owner for two linked internal builds — a centralised order platform and the analytics layer over it. Ran the scope definition, interface and data-schema reviews, commercial evaluation, and delivery coordination across external partners and internal teams.
ImpactTwo builds specified, costed and coordinated into a single connected system rather than two disconnected tools.
No performance management system existed. Targets sat in inconsistent spreadsheets, reported numbers had no verification step, the scoring mathematics didn't hold up under scrutiny, and a variable-pay cycle was already due.
Designed the whole system — one standard scorecard format, a master register of roughly 200 KPIs each classified by how measurably it can be tracked and tied to a defined data source and verifier, a maker–checker layer so no score is self-certified, the scoring and payout logic, and the monthly-to-quarterly operating calendar around it.
A working role-based web portal — separate employee, manager and admin experiences, submission and approval flows, an audit module that flags broken weightings and unscorable KPIs, and management dashboards with drill-down. Designed and built by me using Claude Code, with no technical background and no developer.
Impact60+ employees covered by a system with verified numbers, defensible payout logic and a management review rhythm — replacing spreadsheets nobody trusted.
A management trainee intake arriving with no induction material of any kind — and a manufacturing process, the core of the business, that had never been documented for a non-technical reader.
Interviewed the plant line heads, transcribed the recordings offline on my own machine so nothing sensitive left the device, verified every technical term against published industry sources, and wrote the book. Then designed it myself — layout, illustrated machine diagrams, an integrated trainee workbook — and produced print-ready files to commercial print specification.
Impact187 pages, plus a 107-page general edition for every new joinee and a dedicated print variant. The company's first end-to-end process documentation, and now its induction standard.
A new trainee intake, a programme that didn't exist yet, and a workforce that had never been shown what AI could do for its actual job.
Designed the trainee programme and its immersion journey through each business function. Wrote and ran the first progress assessment — 100 marks, question paper and answer key. Then designed and personally delivered an "AI at Work" session to the batch: practical prompting, AI inside the tools they already use, where it fails and how to catch it, and the data-safety rules that protect the business — followed by a hands-on build challenge.
ImpactA programme, an assessment and an AI capability the batch could use from day one — taught from work actually built that way, not theory.
In a Founder's Office, context is the asset — and it usually lives in one person's head.
Built the office's own operating layer using Claude Code: a structured knowledge base, a single source of truth per project, reusable playbooks and automated routines. Taught myself the tool from zero, with no coding background.
ImpactAny project can be picked up cleanly by anyone, on any day — and it's the reason the data pipeline, the performance portal and the handbook were possible at all.
A sales organisation reporting ad hoc, with hiring decisions made ahead of the business case for them.
Built and handed over the sales organisation's review and governance infrastructure: a scalable review tracker covering compliance, MIS and escalations; an incentive and scheme framework; and a hiring-approval process that links every new sales role to a business case and measurable targets before it is opened.
ImpactAd-hoc reporting replaced with a standing governance rhythm the function still runs on.
Skootr sold fully customised office fit-outs — excellent work, but several months to deliver. Clients who needed space immediately had nowhere to go, and the pipeline quietly lost them.
Market research surfaced the gap, and I proposed a second product line: pre-built, ready-to-move-in offices. I then worked closely with management to shape the offering and carry it from idea to launch — positioning, readiness and go-to-market. It also solved an internal problem, giving existing clients somewhere to sit while their permanent space was still being built.
ImpactAn instant success on launch in both revenue and client acquisition, opening a segment the customised model could never serve.
Three months of analysing how work actually moved through the company surfaced process gaps no system was closing.
Proposed an internal ERP; management approved it and appointed me central coordinator. Built the requirement document with every department, shortlisted implementation partners, ran the demos and negotiated scope and commercials, then carried the full cycle as single point of contact — action plans, data sampling, testing, module refinement, migration, internal training, go-live and adoption.
ImpactSelf-initiated, approved, and delivered through go-live and adoption.
A sales CRM nobody used — poorly configured, and bypassed in favour of spreadsheets.
Redesigned every core layout — leads, deals, contacts, accounts, properties — using layout rules, conversion mapping, formula fields and linked custom modules, then built a management reporting dashboard from scratch.
ImpactAn abandoned system turned into the sales team's daily operating tool.
Business-critical files living on personal devices and individual cloud accounts — a data-loss and handover risk — with the same numbers reconciled by hand in several places.
Set up a governed central storage system with defined formats and controlled access, then designed a single live reporting layer to replace the duplicates: master registers for clients and projects, status trackers across project, design, procurement and payment, and visual management sheets for inventory, occupancy and vacancy.
ImpactCompany data moved off personal drives into one governed source of truth.
No standard process meant errors in costing and planning, and commitments on timelines, budgets and scope that couldn't be met — with delays and cost overruns following.
Ran a full process analysis, developed a standardised workflow framework, and refined and formally implemented it with management and department heads — then built a project profitability model with Finance, tied into the new data and workflow systems.
ImpactA standardised project workflow formally adopted company-wide.
Two early-stage consumer health brands under one founder — Moksa in plant-based wellness, Twiee in CBD health products — with no marketing function, no channels and no org structure. Taken on as a project between roles, while managing a family commitment.
Built the marketing function from nothing. Defined the go-to-market and launched every direct-to-consumer channel — Shopify storefront, Meta and Google Ads, SEO, e-commerce and quick-commerce listings — and managed the agencies behind them. Implemented Zoho One as the operating backbone, and drew up the org structure, workflows and strategic roadmap the company didn't yet have.
ImpactTwo brands taken from no marketing function to a live, running D2C operation.
Nothing in that category.

There was no platform on campus for learning to speak with confidence — in a business school, of all places. So I built one. Ideated it, pitched it, made it official, recruited the team, ran the events, handed it on. It still runs.

Passionate about trekking and the mountains — they help me recharge and return with renewed energy to perform at my best!
I mentor people one-to-one on communication, career direction and how to actually perform in an office — the things nobody formally teaches.
A long-running interest, and the reason the mentoring works. Most operating problems turn out to be people problems wearing a process costume.
Himalayan treks whenever I can get away. Long days, no signal, and a reliable cure for overthinking.
The MethodStack & principles
Four habits show up in every project on this site, and a toolkit that keeps widening — most of it learned on the job, in public, while delivering.
Spot the gap.Build the system.Verify the number.Use the leverage.
The ERP, the CRM revamp, the data governance system, the AI operating layer — every one of them started as something I proposed, not something I was handed. The best mandate is the one you wrote yourself.
In practice — an Oracle NetSuite ERP, proposed after three months of workflow analysis, approved by management, and delivered through go-live.
A tracker solves this month. A process — with an owner, a rhythm and a verification step — solves next year. I'd rather spend the extra week and never hear about it again.
In practice — a hiring-approval framework rather than a hiring spreadsheet, and a governance rhythm the sales function still runs on after handover.
Self-reported data isn't data. Verification belongs in the design, not in a follow-up email six months later when the payout is already out of the door.
In practice — maker–checker verification built into the KRA–KPI system before a single score was ever submitted.
I'm not technical. I've simply stopped letting that be the reason something doesn't get built — AI is a working tool, not a novelty, and it changes what one person can finish.
In practice — 187 designed pages, thirteen states of validated data, and a working performance portal. No developer involved.
The toolkitThe stack
Highlighted below are the tools I'd put my name against without hesitation. The rest I've used enough to be useful in, and most of it was learned mid-delivery rather than in a classroom.
Self-taught, from a non-technical background — used to build data validation pipelines, a working performance portal, and print-ready publications.
